Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania and

ACM International Reserves
Suitable for offshore investors, the Fund maintains a portfolio
of high quality money market securities. The Fund should
not be subject to the U.S. Federal Income tax and distributions
are except from U.S. withholding.
*A portion of the income may be subject to state, local
and the alternative minimum taxes.
